Join Club ACME!

The Acme Dating Company is now offering a special membership to Club ACME for customers who have made two or more purchases within the past three months. As a member of Club ACME, you will be able to have credits automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, giving you instant use of the pay features without having to pre-purchase credits on-line, or call the Customer Care Department to pre-order the time. Once you join Club ACME, your membership will automatically continue until you call to cancel it.

We are currently offering two memberships to Club ACME.

• For $49.99 a month you can receive a membership package for access to 15 minutes of pay features a week (from Saturday to Saturday), or
• for $99.99 a month you can receive a membership package for access to 10 minutes of pay features every day.

How do I sign up?
Click here to print the application form. Complete, sign, and return the form via fax or mail to the address provided.

Pay a $25 initiation fee plus the price of the first month.

What if I want to purchase additional minutes if I run out of my allotted time for that week?
Each night (or week) the system will reset your mailbox for the allotted time for the following day or week, depending on what type of membership you have. Regardless of what your current credit balance is - it will reset back to the allotted time (credits that were not used will not roll over into the following day or week). We only advise you to purchase an additional package if you know you will use that time before the system resets itself.

Does the package run Sunday to Monday? Or Saturday to Sunday?
Packages run from Saturday to Saturday. They reset themselves anywhere between 1am-5am. It resets at the same time every night, depending on what city the system is located in.

After I sign up, how long does it take to go into effect?
Once your application is received and approved, it will start immediately.

What if I want to cancel? Can I cancel in the middle of a club billing cycle?
Club Billing starts and stops at the 1st and the 15 of each month.

-Memberships can be cancelled only on the 1st and 15th of the month. So if the cancellation call is made on the 17th, the membership will be not be officially cancelled until the 1st of the following month.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. In order to use another form of payment to join Club ACME, an entire year must be paid in advance.

Can I purchase a membership if there are credits currently in my mailbox?
Yes, but if you do not use the credits before your next package reset, the credits will be lost. We strongly advise you not to do this.

If I sign up today, what happens if my card declines when you try to charge next month's membership fees?
Your membership will be cancelled.

What if I do not use all of my credit on a particular day or week? Do they roll over to the next?
No, unfortunately when the system resets itself it will restore the mailbox back to the amount of credits for the following day or week.
